What You Can Expect
Once we commit to your project, we dedicate ourselves to meeting your needs and surpassing your expectations. We’re more than your glass decorator; we’re your partners, guiding you through the process to ensure your complete satisfaction with the outcome.
1. Design
Upon initial contact, we will work with you to bring your vision to life. During this time be sure to be thorough with reviewing/proofing what is sent and upfront about any changes you might want to see made.
2. Approval Phase
Upon final approval, a purchase order must be sent.
PLEASE NOTE: Any changes, additions, or modifications to a sampling order require a new corresponding proof/sample.
3. Production Begins
We will now move forward with the project outlined in your purchase order. Your project is extremely important to us and quality is of the highest priority! We will contact you upon project completion so shipment arrangements can be made.
Communication Turn-Around
We value transparency with our clients so we want to provide you with just that. Below you will find our communication policies and a general guide of our office hours. If you send us an email, you can expect to hear back from us within 24 business hours, which means if you email us on a Friday you can expect to hear from us by the close of business on Monday. We often reply much faster than that, but please keep that in mind if you don’t hear from us right away, we are still very much committed to you and your project.

OUR HISTORY
1991
JAFE grew from a garage on Sater Street to our original 26,000 square foot facility.
1998
We added 10,000 square feet and our 1st automated production line to meet increasing business demands.
2010
JAFE acquired a 2nd production line and by 2014 we were expanding again, this time by 14,000 square feet to accommodate our 3rd production line.
Today
JAFE now has 6 production lines and 97,500 square feet with expansion plans in the future to continually meet our customers’ needs.
