From the moment we decide to move forward throughout your project together, we will work alongside you to ensure your project needs are met and your expectations are exceeded. By the end of this experience, we are always more than just your glass decorator. We become a confidant who cheers you on and does what we can to ensure your experience with us is everything you need and want it to be.

1. DESIGN CALL

Schedule your design call with us so we can make sure we are on the same page and we are the best option for the project you have planned. We will review your goals and big vision and curate a customized plan for you and your project. During this time be sure to be thorough with reviewing/proofing what is sent and upfront about any changes you might want to see made.

2. APPROVAL PROCESS

Each step builds upon the one before. PLEASE NOTE: Any changes, additions, or modifications to a sampling order require a new corresponding proof/sample. Upon final approval, a customized timeline that highlights important milestones for your project will be created once a purchase order is received.

3. PRODUCTION BEGINS

We will now move forward with the project outlined in your purchase order. We will contact you upon project completion so shipment arrangements can be made.

4. CELEBRATE

Upon completion of your project, a customer experience survey will be sent to you within four weeks. This helps us continue improving our processes and experiences to better serve our customers. We greatly appreciate your business!

HOW WE STAY ORGANIZED & COMMUNICATE

Once you’ve booked your project and are an official customer, we send you a link for your very own client portal. This is where we will keep your entire project organized and communicate. It’s much easier for us both to refer back to one space to find what we need than having to search through 100s of email threads.

OFFICE HOURS AND COMMUNICATION TURN-AROUND

We value transparency with our clients so we want to provide you with just that. Below you will find our communication policies and a general guide of our office hours. If you send us an email, you can expect to hear back from us within 24 business hours, which means if you email us on a Friday you can expect to hear from us by the close of business on Monday. We often reply much faster than that, but please keep that in mind if you don’t hear from us right away, we are still very much committed to you and your project.
